Winter

We are nestled at the base of Killington Resort, the biggest ski and riding resort in the East.  Walk or ride the shuttle to the lifts.  After skiing, warm up with a hot drink in our stone fireplace lounge, or settle into the warm comfort of a fireplace bedroom.  You may also enjoy some of these other great area winter activities – snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. 

Summer and Fall

Located in the center of Vermont’s Mountains and Lakes Region, the Mountain Inn is your sports headquarters.  The Inn is adjacent to Killington’s PGA golf course and less than an hour’s drive to 16 fine course including Green Mountain National Golf Course.  Great hiking, mountain biking, gondola rides and Killington’s Adventure Center are just a quick walk or drive away.  Visit one of the area’s lakes to enjoy a refreshing swim, boat or canoe excursion, or try your hand fishing one of the many trout filled mountain streams.

Regardless of the season, The Mountain Inn is centrally located to a variety of nearby attraction – museums, historical sites, antique shops, arts and crafts shops and studios, farms and country stores.
